How can I track my order?

To track your order, follow these steps:

1. Go to "My Account" > "Your Orders" or click https://www.drsheths.com/account/orders
2. Click on the order you wish to track
3. If the order is shipped, you will be able to see the tracking ID along with the delivery partner name
4. Click on it and it will re-direct you to the detailed tracking page of your order If there’s a delay, or if the status shows Delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer support team:
